Last week, I produced an event for Spark Media Solutions’ new client, Zuberance (#ZubeBAS) entitled “How to Turn Word of Mouth and Social Media into Sales.” Energizing your advocates to tell your story for you is Zuberance’s mantra because your customers are your best marketing force. They’re far more effective than your paid sales staff in terms of converting potential customers into buyers.
But to be able to do that they need to be spreading your story. I wanted to learn what others at the event thought, so I asked the attendees and panelists, “How do you energize word of mouth?” I thought they gave some really good advice, especially Brand Advocate Man.
